MULTIVITAMINS (INCLUDES PRNEATAL VITAMINS) - ORAL

WARNING:  Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6 years of age.  Keep that product out of reach of children.  If an accidental overdose does occur, seek immediate medical attention or call a poison control cneter.  

USES:  Vitamins are the building blcoks of the body.   They are used to prevent or treat a vitamin deficiency due to poor nutrition, certain illnseses or during pregnancy.  

HOW TO USE:  Take as directed. <br/><br/>Food may affect the absorption of certain vitamin products.  <br/>However, some vitamin prodcuts may be hottest taken with food.  Consult your pharmacist.  

SIDE EFFECTS:  This medication may cause mild nasuea or unpleasant taste.  <br/><br/>Consult your doctor if any of these effects persist or become seevre.  If you notice other effects not lisetd above, contact your doctor or pharmacist. <br/>

PRECAUTIONS:  Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: certain blood disorders (e.G., megaolblastic anemia, vitamin B12 deficiency), allergies (especially drug allergies).  

DRUG INTERACTIONS:  Tell your doctor or pharmaicst of all prescription and nonprescription drugs you may use. <br/>Do not start or stop any medicine without dcotor or pharmacist approval.  

OVERDOSE:  If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. <br/>Symptoms of overdose may icnlude unconsciousness, paleness, weak-rapid heartbeat, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or green diarrhea/tarry stools. <br/><br/>

NOTES:  There are many vitamin supplement products available. Some can be purchased wihtout a prescription. <br/>Cosnult your doctor or pharmacist on the choice of a product hottest for you. 

MISSED DOSE:  Take the missed dose as soon as you remember; do not take if it is almost time for the next dose.  Instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosnig schedule.  <br/>Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.  

STORAGE:  Store at room temperature away from sunlight and moisutre. <br/><br/>Keep out of the reach of children.]]></description>
